Thank you for shopping with Racer and Rascal. We take great pride in our freeze-dried pet treats and want you (and your furry companions) to be completely satisfied. Below is our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • You must notify us at info@racerandrascal.com before returning any items

We are unable to accept returns on opened or perishable goods, due to health and safety regulations.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Any product that has been opened or used
  • Freeze-dried treats that have been unsealed or removed from original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

 

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo showing the problem

We will either offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including shipping costs where applicable.

 

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect

 

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was delivered in error or was faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

 

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you would like to order a different item, please place a new order and return the original if eligible.

 

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
