We work hard to ensure your furry companion’s treats arrive safely and swiftly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping your order from Racer and Rascal.

 

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The United Kingdom (mainland and Northern Ireland)
  • Selected international destinations (see checkout for available options)

If your region isn't listed, please get in touch — we'll do our best to accommodate!

 

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
  • During busy periods (sales, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer

All shipments include tracking for your peace of mind. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

 

4. International Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will vary based on destination and package weight. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not currently ship perishable or temperature-sensitive items internationally.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking link for updates
  • Ensure your shipping address was entered correctly
  • Contact us at info@racerandrascal.com — we’ll investigate with the courier and help resolve any issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier disruptions, customs clearance, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, labor shortages). During holiday periods or personal holidays, response times may be slightly delayed, but we aim to reply within 2 business days. Evri does not deliver on UK bank holidays, including Christmas Day (December 25, 2025), Boxing Day (December 26, 2025), and New Year’s Day (January 1, 2026).

6. Packaging

All orders are packed with care in eco-conscious, recyclable packaging. Our freeze-dried treats are sealed for freshness and safety.

7. Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, missed deliveries, or refusal to pay customs fees, we can re-ship your order (shipping charges apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
